Within the scope of this project, the digital product developed embodies both a website and a web application feature, housed under the same domain name. Users can directly access the trainings and information related to the project via the website. Additionally, by registering to the web application, they can complete the trainings at their own pace. In this sense, it has a personalized structure.

In the early stages of the project, experts from ASİD, BEDCON, and LA QUİETE organized an event in Antalya where they discussed their thoughts on the digital training tool during a workshop. Throughout this meeting, hospital managers, academics, psychologists, and labor market experts conveyed their views and thoughts on the content and presentation format of the trainings. Another group expressing their opinions during the workshop was students. All these views and thoughts were shared with the software team at intervals during the meeting, and planning was made for the features the application should have.

The process then continued cyclically with the sharing of the web application in the development environment with partners, the submission of revisions, and the implementation of corrections.
