BA three-day workshop was organized in Berlin with the participation of the three partners, where experts gave presentations on the topic of the participation of immigrants and healthcare professionals in the work life in Germany. On the first day, Ms. Anastasia Sorokina from Club Dialog e.V gave a presentation on "Essential information upon diploma accreditation in Germany," followed by evaluations and information exchange among the partners. On the second day, three presentations were given, including "General work life rules and rules of thumbs - Labour law, rights and obligations of employees in Germany" by Ms. Anna Basten from Arbeit und Leben, "Expectations from health institutions from immigrant health professionals" by Ms. Güllü Kuzu from Alexianer – St. Hedwig Kliniken Berlin, and "Expectations of immigrant health professionals from health institutions" by Ms. Bronté, an American nurse. On the third day, relevant topics for the online education platform were discussed and draft materials were developed. The workshop concluded with a final evaluation and a cultural event held in Berlin.
