During the project, the digital online material development process proceeded in two streams. First, determining the technical specifications of the developed web application; second, finalizing the content of the training. Teams working on the training content and web application developers met periodically for coordination meetings.

During the development of the web application, the structure and features determined at the Turkey meeting, including the databases used, content management systems, and web design-related features, were transferred to the web application by developers.

The technical visit conducted during the Turkey meeting, discussions with healthcare employers in Germany regarding their expectations from migrant healthcare professionals, working conditions and legal rights in Germany, diploma equivalency and recognition processes were discussed.

The format and content of the training were standardized during the meetings in Germany and Turkey. Accordingly, partners in Italy and Germany compiled the necessary information related to the content of the training from various sources such as relevant websites, domain experts, and legal regulations.

Subsequently, steps such as creating visual and auditory content for the training videos and selecting suitable tools for these actions were carried out by the Turkish partner ASİD. During the creation of the training videos, a text-to-speech application was used. In this context, an intergenerational working group consisting of health managers carried out the selection process based on suitability, ease of use, and performance criteria. Consensus was reached for the application of this selection process in subsequent work.

The developed trainings were later added to the web application by ASİD. General information regarding these trainings can be seen in the tables below.
